I am a postdoctoral scholar in the department of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Caltech. I am interested in machine learning and algorithmic decision making in social contexts. In particular, my research aims to develop socially-favorable learning algorithms and supporting economic mechanisms for behavioral environments with dynamics and incentives.
Before my postdoctoral studies, I received my BSc (Computer Science and Physics), MSc (Computer Science), and PhD (Computer Science) from the Technion, and was lucky to be advised by Eli Ben-Sasson (MSc) and Nir Rosenfeld (PhD). My PhD was supported by the Israeli Council for Higher Education (CHE) scholarship for doctoral students in data science, and my undergraduate studies were supported by the Lapidim scholarship. Before my starting PhD, I was a research scientist at the Facebook Core Data Science group.
